Client Service

If desired, XT will assume a major role in managing client relationships, including the attendance where appropriate at periodic review meetings. XT will ensure that the manager’s reports are being disseminated and that there is adequate transparency in this new era of meaningful disclosure. XT will act as a resource to senior management as to what the market needs/wants and will facilitate the sharing of the manager’s intellectual capital where appropriate. A robust, well-articulated and well-executed client service program will ensure client satisfaction, client retention and follow-on allocations.
