Managing Partner

Prior to establishing XT Capital Partners, LLC in October of 2001, Lynne was a Partner and Director of Global Marketing and Client Services for Pareto Partners, a London based firm specializing in the management of Currency and a variety of fixed income strategies (including Global, Core Plus, High Yield, Capital Structure Arbitrage, and CBO’s) for institutional investors worldwide. Lynne was one of six Founding Partners and was the Partner responsible for developing and implementing a marketing/sales strategy that positioned Pareto as the preeminent provider of Currency Overlay strategies globally. Lynne established Pareto’s New York office and spearheaded distribution in North America. During her ten years with Pareto, assets grew from a zero base to over $30 billion, with North American clients representing two-thirds of Pareto’s book of business. She was also intimately involved in the acquisition of Pareto’s domestic fixed income team and was able to grow those assets by almost 100% in an eighteenth month period.

Prior to the formation of Pareto, Lynne was Senior Vice President and Head of Marketing and Client Service for County NatWest Investment Management Ltd. (a subsidiary of National Westminster Bank). She was also a member of the Board of Directors of County NatWest Investment Management Ltd. Lynne and three other senior professionals from County NatWest (along with two professionals outside County) founded Pareto in March of 1991. Lynne was recruited to join County from Bankers Trust Company where she had been for over eleven years, most recently as Senior Vice President (Managing Director) in the Investment Management Group responsible for a five person team marketing the firm’s International/Global Investment Products to institutional investors in North America. She was also a Director of Bankers Trust Investment Management Ltd., the Bank’s London investment management subsidiary. Prior to the formation of the Investment Management Group, she was a Vice President and Head of Defined Benefit Marketing and Client Services for the Global Fiduciary Services Division. Lynne’s forty person team was responsible for existing client revenues and revenue expansion for institutional trust and investment products for the Bank’s Defined Benefit business segment.

After several sales/trading positions in the brokerage industry, Lynne began her career in the investment management business with a five year stint at CTBS Capital, Inc., a division of the consulting firm, Cherington, Temple, Barker and Sloane. She was responsible for Trading, Performance Measurement and Client Communications.

Lynne completed her undergraduate work at Salve Regina College in Newport, Rhode Island and is Series 3, 7, 24, 30, and 66 registered.
